Nature Coast Fishing Report – Nov 2025
Amigos & Amigas: ¡Buenas tardes! First, we’d like to thank everyone that has taken the time to write and post a review for us on Google. The outpouring and support were impressive! As you all know, reviews are extremely helpful and much appreciated. We have done our random drawing from all of the reviews that were posted in October and the first winner of our Scallop Charter for next season is BEN GOODRICH! Who’s going to be the winner next month?
Congratulations Ben, and please reach out to us for details. We will continue the same promotion for the next two months, November & December. We’d like to offer everyone another chance to win a FREE scallop charter for next season! Whether you’ve been scalloping with us this season or in the past, or have fished here locally in the ’Sassa with us or have been on any of our International Adventures, it would be extremely helpful, if you could take a few minutes of your time and share your experience in a quick Google review. If you add pictures, even better! We will do a drawing for one review over the next two months, November and December and each of those reviews will be rewarded with a FREE scallop charter next season!! The link for reviews is below, thanks in advance for your time!!

With our first COLD, (below 70 is COLD for us), snap of the season arriving the inshore bite should continue to be HOT! As the water temps drop, the Gag Grouper will be moving closer to shore to enjoy the warmer spring water coming out of all of our rivers. Though the season is closed and we’re not allowed to keep any of the hard fighting BEASTS it’s a fun challenge battling them in crystal clear water that can be as shallow as 5 to 10 feet deep! Have you ever tried trolling for Grouper? Another one of the arts that we have mastered here on Florida’s Nature Coast. Also, inshore the Redfish & Trout are hungry! We like to fish for the Reds, on an incoming tide. Find the rocky shorelines with lots of mullet the Reds will be among them, searching for an easy meal. If you’re throwing plastics try the Q8 Super Baits or the Prawn Starz both are excellent choices. If you’re hunting an over-slot Redfish, I’ve always been a believer of BIG bait BIG fish! Try a large, 8-inch piece of cut Ladyfish or Lizardfish, when the bait is large enough the Catfish will leave it alone. For the Trout, find the eel grass and moving water and they will be waiting to ambush soft plastics, (Prawn Starz Shrimp), behind a popping cork. Tight lines!

On the International front, we have another group heading to Turneffe Flats, www.Tflats.com, in Belize, November 15 – 22, 2025! This will be our fourth time hosting a group to this beautiful island off the coast for another unforgettable adventure. We have mastered the art of creating memories!! Watch for reports and pictures soon!
We still have four (4) openings for our adventure to Sports Fish Panama Island Lodge, https://fishpanamatoday.com/, January 10 -18, 2026! We CATCH trophies and make MEMORIES!!! As always, please give me a call or drop me a line if you have any questions.
